Indian origin man faces burglary in New Zealand

An Indian-origin man's dairy shop was robbed by a mysterious man in New Zealand.
Bankhaj Patel, owner of the dairy, lives in Christchurch city along with his family. He said that this is the second dairy robbery he has witnessed in the last 5 years.
Patel was not present at his shop at the time of the incident. He called the police as soon as he returned.
"He (the robber) came in wearing a mask and pointed a gun at my wife.He asked for cigarettes and just walked away. He also took some money. We are all okay...that is the main thing", Patel said.
"I keep thinking... How can I protect myself and my family. I have two kids...I could not sleep all night", Patel added.
Patel further mentioned that the dangers that come with owning a dairy outlet have increased.
