The world bating sensation and India’s vice captain Virat Kohli is being rested from the team for the T-20 International series, against Sri Lanka to be played in February 2016.
The replacement of Virat Kohli has been found in the Delhi-based left-arm spinner, Pawan Negi who has previously played for Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL).

However, players like Bhuvneshar Kumar and Manish Pandey, who are not part of the announced World Cup T-20 Squad, are also included for the Sri Lanka T-20 series.
