An Indian-origin dentist Preethi Reddy, 32, was murdered in Sydney, Australia. Her ex-boyfriend Harshawardhan Narde, also a doctor, is suspect in the murder was also killed in a car crash days after the gruesome murder of the Indian-origin dentist.
Reddy's body was found stuffed in a suitcase in her car parked in an eastern Sydney street, New South Wales (NSW). Her body which was stabbed numerous times was found in a car parked in Strachan Lane in Kingsford, days after she went missing from Sydney's busiest area under mysterious circumstances. She was last seen waiting in line at McDonald's in George Street. She was captured on CCTV inside the restaurant and appeared to leave alone a short time later.
Reddy was attending a dental conference in St. Leonards at the weekend and had last spoke to her family. Interestingly, another Indian-origin dentist and her ex-boyfriend Harsh Narde, also died in a fiery car crash on the New England Highway. He was the main suspect of the crime. According to the NSW police, the head-on collision, around 340 kilometres from where Reddy's body was found, is believed to have been deliberate. It is also said that the police had spoke to Narde about the missing Preeti. The NSW Police has described Reddy's disappearance and the case as "out of character".
