The author of the book includes Mr. Prateek Mangal and Ms. Tejaswini Singh.  Prateek mangal is also a research scholar who studies the climate change. He has written two books and several book chapters and research papers so far.

The other author Ms. Tejaswini Singh is the founder of Botaniqal Naturopathy and Organic Greens Company; she is also Mrs. Global World South Africa-2018 Misses International and Mrs. International Singapore-2018. Awakening in journalism and writing, Tejaswini Singh has written the key chapter of "Shifting Goalposts: Technology and Management Trends", "Trends Change from Chemical Two Centhete Personal Care Product"Anupama Rajesh, the great name in the field of academy, also has a significant contribution in this book.

In Harvard HPAIR-2019 conference, about 300 representatives from India and 90 countries participated in 6 unique tracks discussing contemporary issues in the track of energy and environmental sustainability of the Harvard project for Asia and International Relations Conference.

The cover launch of "Shifting Goalposts: Technology and Management Trends" is written for international management students. Importantly, the HPAIR conference is the largest student conference sponsored by Harvard University in Asia. The conference was established as a discussion platform for students and young professionals to discuss the most important economic, political and social issues in the countries of the Pacific region and Asia. Since 1991, the conference was held in universities in 12 countries with the involvement of 32,000 participants. Among past speakers of the conference are leaders of countries, famous scientists and Nobel laureates, diplomats, leaders of international organizations.
