While teenagers spend their days either studying or playing in recent times, a 19-year old Indian-origin teenager, Akshay Ruparelia, has emerged as UK’s youngest millionaire. The Indian-origin teenager reportedly used his lunch break in school to quietly sell huge properties through his business of online estate agency which consequently lead to this fortune.
In the initial days, while he was in class, a call centre service was hired for answering the company switchboard. As soon as the school was over, he made sure that he got back to his prospective clients personally. His company has existed for barely more than a year and Akshay claims to have already sold properties worth 100 million pounds. His website "doorsteps.co.uk" went live recently and became the 18th biggest estate agency in the United Kingdom. His company has also been valued at around twelve million pounds ever since he started his business.
Owing to his massive success, he has been given a special nick name by his school friends after the world famous business tycoon ‘Baron Sugar’. The Indian-origin teenager had started this spectacular business by borrowing around 7000 pounds from his close relatives. Presently, he has twelve employees working under him.
