NRI found guilty of sending damaged computer codes.

Nikhil Nilesh Shah, 33, Indian IT manager has been held guilty for sending damaged computer codes to servers at his former employer, which has incurred a loss of USD 5000 to the firm’s intellectual property.
US magistrate Judge Robert Numbers of eastern district of Carolina has declared Nikhil guilty. He was charged in the crime of causing the transmission of a computer code and as a result, damaging the computers.

Nikhil is supposed to be sentenced in December this year. 
He was the information technology manager at the company located in North Carolina that developed platforms for the creation of mobile applications and then left the firm to join another technology company.
