Indian PM Narendra Modi was recently visited by his mother at his official Race Course Road (RCR) residence, for the first time since he started living there nearly two years back.
He tweeted about this visit and also posted few pictures, showing her around his 7, Race Course Road residence. He mentioned along with the photographs on Facebook and twitter, “My mother returns to Gujarat. Spent quality time with her after a long time & that too on her 1st visit to RCR”. In his post the Prime Minister commented that he had seen her “after a long time” adding that it was her first visit to 7 Racecourse Road, the official residence of the prime minister of the world’s largest democracy.
In the pictures, the mother Heeraben is seen in a wheel chair and the Prime Minister son who is wearing a grey T-shirt and black trousers is casually showing her the greenery and flowers in his residence.
His mother Heeraben lives in her ancestral house in Vadnagar, a small and nondescript town in north Gujarat's Mehsana district.
