Vivek Singh is the Executive Chef of three leading restaurants in London -Cinnamon Club, Cinnamon Kitchen and Cinnamon Soho.

Indian -origin chef Vivek Singh thinks London deserves to be called as the World's Culinary Capital. Restaurants in London serve better and innovative Indian cuisine than Delhi.

London's Indian food is better as the cooks here are more experimental, says Singhs.

'The food scene is more experimental than a lot of other places and always changing. In terns of Indian food, I think you can get better dishes here than in Delhi', Singh quoted.

'You can get food in London that simply wouldn't exist in India. So yes, London is better.

Singh was born in West Bengal and his father was an engineer and wanted him to follow his footsteps but Vivek chose to be a chef. He is today known for his innovative ways of presenting Indian cuisine.

He is regularly featured on BBC's Saturday Kitchen and has also been a part of several television shows including Madhur Jaffrey's 'Curry Nation' and 'At home with Rachel Allen'.
